Melanie started with NCLES on the first night of the Tubbs Fire. She is one of the OG's who started the organization. Melanie's 'real job' is as a manager of Voyager Coffee. She also does Horseback Archery with the California Centaurs.

Tony AugustTraining Coordinator
Tony started with NCLES during the Mendocino Complex Fire. For Tony's 'real job' he owns a welding business and does big project work like at the Geysers. Tony is also an officer of the board for the Backcountry Horsemen. Tony is a C Sawyer (that's the top level chainsaw certification) and one of the instructors for our Chainsaw Class.
Casey started with NCLES during the Paradise Fire, but has worked in fires as a dozer operator for over 10 years.
