Shelina started with NCLES the first night of the Tubbs Fire. She is one of the OG's. Her "real job" is racing motorcycles and she's a model for Covergirl. She also operates a motorcycle camp called She'z Moto, aimed at teaching females confidence and how to get into the sport. In her 'spare time' she operates Moreda Family Farms; an artisan creamery, where she bottles milk from her family's dairy farm. She grew up with all kinds of animals on the family farm, showing in 4-H and FFA, working at a vets office, and taming wild animals. Check her out at www.ShezRacing.com and www.MoredaFamilyFarms.com

Tony AugustTraining Coordinator
Tony started with NCLES during the Mendocino Complex Fire. For Tony's 'real job' he owns a welding business and does big project work. Can you imagine doing welding jobs at the Geysers? That's what Tony does. Tony is also an officer of the board for the Backcountry Horsemen, and he leads our haulers in the Chainsaw Classes. He is a "C Sawyer" (that's the top level chainsaw certification). Tony has years of experience with horses and mules and is our real life cowboy. He's also got a personal experience with fire, so helping rescue animals during the fires is something near and dear to him.
Casey started with NCLES during the Paradise Fire, but has worked in fires as a dozer operator for over 10 years, so he understands how the fires work, more than most. Casey's 'real job' is that he designs, builds, develops homes and land, as well as being a real estate broker. He is a General Contractor and builds very high-end homes throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties. His company is Goltermann Construction. Casey showed animals in FFA and in high school he milked cows for a dairy in Petaluma. You can look him up at www.goltco.com.
Sean started with NCLES on the first night of the Tubbs Fire. He is one of the OG's who started the organization. For Sean's 'real job' he owns a welding company and a beef ranch.
